What causes this issue?

The global sequence of activities has been changed is now incompatible
with the local sorting mode.

System Response

Until further notice, you can only display the sequence of activities
but not change it.

How to fix this error?

If you want to change the sequence of activities locally, restore the
default sequence first. Then you will be able to change the sequence in
local sort mode. However, you still can change the sequence globally
without restoring the default sequence.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
