What causes this issue?

<DS:GLOS.3526B7CEAFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>Investee unit</> &V1& is
flagged as a parent unit in sender consolidation group &V2&. This
prevents this consolidation group from providing sender data for
<DS:GLOS.5A350989A637D511AE740800062AFB0F>organizational changes</> to
the investee unit.
This would cause incomplete postings in the receiver consolidation
groups that are assigned to sender group &V2& and acquire investee unit
&V1& as defined in the organizational changes.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
