You determined the following in consolidation of investments method
&V2&:
Acquisitions are calculated with direct shares.
Goodwill and negative goodwill are directly eliminated or periodically
reduced.
In this case, you need to assign an equity item to the "Original Item"
(when using direct elimination) or the "Clearing Item - Debit or
Credit" (when using periodic reduction) in the "Equity" section on the
"Minority Interest" tab page.
However, no equity item has been assigned to item &V1& in method &V2&.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Assign an equity item to item &V1& in method &V2& in the "Equity"
section on the "Minority Interest" tab page. Alternatively, you can
replace item &V1& in method &V2& with an existing equity item.
