    08 - partial transfer
    09 - total transfer
    10 - partial divestiture
    11 - total divestiture
    12 - liquidation
    13 - reclassification of treasury stock
    14 - amortization of investment
    15 - writeup of investment
    16 - horizontal combination
    17 - vertical combination
    18 - distribution of dividends
    19 - capitalization of manual goodwill
