  • What causes this issue?

*** same as UCF6 009 except for the name of the column ***
The values entered in column "MIN Equity" (minority interest in equity)
contain errors. This can have one of three causes:
You specified a value for the activity "All Activities" and you also
specified a value for one more other activities that does not coincide
with the value for "All Activities".
You did not specify any value for the activity "All Activities". And
you did not specify any values for any other activities; or
You did not enter any values in the "MIN Equity" column.

    How to fix this error?

    Do one of the following:
Specify a value for the activity "All Activities". If you do this, make
sure that all other activities either have no values, or only have
values that coincide with the value for "All Activities".
Do not specify a value for the activity "All Activities". If you do
this, make sure that you enter values for all of the other activities.

The SAP error message UCF6012, which states "Entries in column 'Min.Eqty' contain errors," typically occurs in the context of the SAP system when dealing with certain data entries, particularly in the context of inventory management or material master data. This error indicates that there are invalid or incorrect values in the "Minimum Quantity" (Min.Eqty) field.

    Cause:

    1. Invalid Data Format: The value entered in the Min.Eqty field may not conform to the expected format (e.g., it may be a non-numeric value or contain special characters).
    2. Negative Values: The Min.Eqty field should not contain negative values, as this would not make sense in the context of minimum quantities.
    3. Exceeding Limits: The value may exceed the maximum allowable limit defined in the system settings.
    4. Missing Values: The field may be left blank when it is required to have a value.
    5. Data Type Mismatch: The data type of the value entered may not match the expected data type (e.g., entering a string instead of a number).

    Solution:

    1. Check Data Entry: Review the entries in the Min.Eqty column for any non-numeric characters, negative values, or blanks. Ensure that all entries are valid numeric values.
    2. Correct Format: Ensure that the values are in the correct format as expected by the system. For example, if the field expects a decimal number, ensure that the value is entered accordingly.
    3. Validation Rules: Check if there are any specific validation rules or constraints set up in the system for the Min.Eqty field and ensure compliance with those rules.
    4. Data Correction: If you identify any incorrect entries, correct them and re-attempt the operation that triggered the error.
