You can only change plain text comments in the Web Dynpro consolidation
monitor.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If you want to change a different comment (with a type such as Microsoft
Word, for example), proceed as follows:
First open the comment in display mode.
Save a copy of the comment on your local PC.
Make the desired changes.
Import the edited comment.
Delete the old comment (if necessary).
