What causes this issue?

You can enter either a sender field or a constant. If you enter a
sender field, the value of the sender field is adopted. If you enter a
constant, the receiver field is supplied with the constant value.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
