What causes this issue?

The system could not find an activity price for the following
combination of selection criteria:
Cost center: &V1&
Activity type: &V2&
Valuation date: &V3&
Plan/actual indicator (' '/'X'): &V4&

System Response

The system cannot valuate the internal activity with this
<DS:GLOS.42142A74A0902C489BE356631A20BBD3>valuation function</>. If
another valuation function is defined, however, the system may still be
able to perform the valuation.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
