indicator has the value 1. This is not allowed when using the UAP GUI
framework.
The system sets the screen-required indicator to 0. The system does not
carry out the requested field check.
If the field is a required field, from a semantic view-point,
controlling can be achieved by implementing the interface
IF_UAP_Field_Steering.
