  • What causes this issue?

You have created or changed an object in the working environment or in
the main tree, but the key of this object is not completely defined.
First you must maintain all key fields of the object before you can
continue working. At present, the entry on the field "&v1&" is still
    missing.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

Enter the missing value in the field "&v1&" of the object key. Other
values are also possibly missing in the object key. The system will
point this out to you if necessary.
If you do not see a column for field "&v1&" in the working environment
or in the main tree, this is likely because a layout has been specified
in which this field is hidden. In this case, choose a layout which
    contains field "&v1&".
If you want to delete the object that has been created, choose the
    "Delete" button.
