What causes this issue?

You attempted to insert an object in the costing structure. However, an
object can only be inserted in a cost estimate if the relationship
between the higher-level object and the lower-level object was defined
as "allowed" in Customizing <ZH>and</> the object contains the same
values in the key fields as the higher-level object under which it
should be inserted.
The object cannot be inserted here since the object to be inserted and
the higher-level object differ in key field &v1& (value &v2& or &v3&).

System Response

The object cannot be inserted in this position in the cost estimate.

How to fix this error?

Copy the costing structure and insert the copy in the key area of the
structure.
