What causes this issue?

The locks on the imported objects are still set at present. This can
impede you working in parallel on the same objects. The locks will be
released by saving or exiting the current working environment.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Decide as quickly as possible whether you want to save or discard the
imported objects. Save, or exit the working environment.
