What causes this issue?

You have scheduled a batch job to execute database conversions. As soon
as this job is finished, you must regenerate the dependent objects.

System Response

The data basis is in an inconsistent state and cannot be used before
you execute the regeneration.

How to fix this error?

Proceed as follows:
Make sure that the batch job was successfully finished.
Choose Edit -> Regeneration due to Conversion to regenerate the objects
concerned.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
