What causes this issue?

INTERNAL ERROR:
There are at least two installations that have different
<DS:DE.BP>billing period</> specifications for equipment number &V1& and
scheduled meter reading date &V2&. This means that the system is unable
to determine a key date for the end of the billing period from the
scheduled meter reading date &V2&.
In this case, &V3& <> &V4&.
A device cannot have different billing periods in two installations.

How to fix this error?
