What causes this issue?

The system was unable to find the text symbol for the selected program
&V1& for language &V2&.
Possible causes:
Transport problem
Log on in language other than German

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

In the case of the first possible cause, contact SAP. For the second
cause, log on in a language for which official IS-U versions exist.
