What causes this issue?

Global indicator &V1& does not match the indicator in &V2&.
The indicator 'repaired' is <ZH>not</> set in at least on case.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check &V1& and &V2&
Note that the BRE only IGNORES entries that are proposed but not
confirmed.
