What causes this issue?

An internal error has occurred. The BRE cannot process the cause
category &V1& determined for cause &V2&, solution &V3&.
Only the following values are permitted:
A = automatic
S = semi-automatic
M = manual

System Response

The BRE skips incorrect solution paths.

How to fix this error?

Check the Customizing settings (transaction <DS:TRAN.SOLPA>SOLPA</>) for
the solution path &V4& &V2& &V3& in the <ZH>solution paths</> table.
If you do not find any inconsistencies here, contact SAP.
