What causes this issue?

The Tax Form Field SSBI (Self-sealer Background Indicator) does not
exist in customizing.

System Response

The switch of Self-sealer Form will not work as expected. You cannot
choose between the layout with pre-printed background and without
background.
The system uses the default setting for the Self-sealer Form (without
background).

How to fix this error?

Create the Tax Form Field SSBI in Customizing activity
<DS:SIMG.OHAU0621>Define Original Tax Forms</>.
