What causes this issue?

Certain minimum information is required in order to process a form. The
information currently provided is not complete in order to continue.

System Response

Will not produce any output with the information provided

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check to see that at least one Tax authority has been selected for
processing in case of non W2 forms or in case of test mode 'Generate
magnetic tape' is selected.
