What causes this issue?

Combination of date &V1& time &V2& and time zone &V3& is not valid.
Because of summer time rules for time zone &V3& this combination does
not exist.
Summer time rules can be checked by transaction STZBC.

System Response

Nevertheless the combination will be converted like summer time is not
active. Because of this the conversion result may be wrong from EAM Time
Zone Support view. Time &V2& was adapted corresponding summer time rules
of time zone &V3&.

How to fix this error?

Check conversion result and adjust manually if necessary.
SAP recommend to use date/time combination that is valid by summer time
rules of time zone.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
