What causes this issue?

The test report data file "TESTREP.BIN" cannot be created. It is
possible that a file with the same name already exists in the selected
directory and is read-only.
It is also possible that the available memory on the data medium is not
sufficient or that you do not have the authorization to write files in
the selected directory.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If necessary, remove the write protection of the file "TESTREP.BIN" in
the selected directory.
Check the available memory on the data medium and make sure that you
have the write authorization fnr the selected directory.
