What causes this issue?

You want to change a test plan directly, without reference to the
template structure.

System Response

The structure of the test plan will be changed without adjusting the
template structure accordingly. When you regenerate the test plan
(Change with Reference to Template Structure), these manual changes will
not be automatically adopted.

How to fix this error?

If you want to make the test plan changes to the template structure as
well, now or later, you must repeat the changes manually in the template
structure.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
