budget billing amount is compared with the minimum amount in table
TE557 (Minimum Charge/Amount Limit for BB).
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
If you still wish to create the budget billing plan, change the minimum
amount in table TE557.
