What causes this issue?

You have attempted to create a budget billing plan. This is not
possible because no schedule records exist on the creation date of the
budget billing plan for the portion found.
Possible reasons for this are:
The schedule records have either been deleted or not generated.
The contract contains a portion or budget billing cycle for which no
schedule records could be generated.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You have the following options:
Generate the missing schedule records for the period.
Check the allocation of the portion in the contract or installation.
