What causes this issue?

You have not selected any nodes for servers.

System Response

The system only distributes files for the selected servers. Selected
nodes for files are ignored.
The currently valid configuration for the PSE mode is read from the
target system for the distribution. You can access and set this
configuration by choosing the menu entry PSE -> File Mode.

How to fix this error?

Select a server node.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
