What causes this issue?

The Customizing check has found that flow type &V1& in Customizing step
<DS:SIMG.SIMG_CFMENUFWMCFZBB>Assign Offsetting Flow for Generating
Incoming Payments</> is used as an offsetting flow.
The activity indicator of the flow type does not, however, have the
value 04 (incoming payments).

System Response

The system cannot process incoming payments at two levels using these
settings.
