What causes this issue?

The Customizing check has found that no flow type has been assigned to
flow category &V1& in condition group &V2&.

System Response

The system cannot perform any securities account transfers using these
settings.

Procedure for System Administrators

Check the settings for the flow types in Customizing by choosing
<DS:SIMG.SIMG_CFMENUFWMCFZBE>Assign Flow Types to Flow Category</>.
To perform securities account transfers, you have to assign flow types
to the following flow categories for condition group 0:

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

One flow type for each of the flow categories
AD
SD
Two flow types for each of the flow categories
XA11
XA12
XD11
XD12
XE11
XE12
XF11
XF12
