What causes this issue?

In Customizing for flow types (database view V_TWB08A), flow type
&V1& is used but it does not have an update type assigned to it.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Either
Remove flow type &v1& from database view <DS:TRAN.SM30>
V_TWB08A</>.
Or assign flow type &V1& to an update type in database view
<DS:TRAN.SM30>TRDV_DFT_SECASS</>.
