What causes this issue?

Revenue is posted for security &v3&. However, it is specified that
revenues are reinvested for the security. If you intend to reinvest the
revenue, then the posted revenue must be reversed and the reinvestment
made using the manual debit position (transaction fwze).

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
