What causes this issue?

There is no entry on the fixing date &V1& in the market data table of
the reference interest rate &V2&. The last entry before fixing date, on
&V4&, is defined as up-to-date and will be used for the interest rate
adjustment.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
