What causes this issue?

A control error (CNTL_ERROR) occurred while synchronizing data between
the tree model and tree control. There are two possible causes:
The automation queue contains automation calls for other controls in
which there are errors.
Internal error in tree model.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
