What causes this issue?

In the comparison between the local system and the comparison system,
the system found parts of the objects that have been modified or that
could not be compared.

System Response

The system displays the relevant entries in the results overview in the
object list check.

How to fix this error?

Check manually whether the subobjects in the local system and the
comparison system match. With objects that versions can be created for,
you can do this via the relevant version administration in the
maintenance transaction. With objects that versions cannot be created
for, you have to view and compare the objects manually in both system.
