What causes this issue?

When you deliver a table and view with identical names, you cause
activation errors in the import. Identical names are therefore not
allowed. This combination can occur only if an existing table has been
deleted and a view with the same name has been created, or the other way
round.

The system displays two entries with the action <LS>Remove from Request.

How to fix this error?

Speak to the development team about the situation.
If the deleted table or deleted view has not yet been delivered to the
customer, you can remove the deleted object from the delivery and leave
the new object in the delivery.
Otherwise, the development team must delete the existing table or
existing view and, if necessary, create a table or view with a different
name. You must then remove the appropriate entry from the delivery
request by selecting the entry and choosing <LS>Correct Entries.</> Then
include the table or view with the new name in the delivery request. Run
the check again.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
