What causes this issue?

Package definitions for the delivery component are missing in the
delivery request, although objects from these packages are contained in
the delivery request. The package definitions must be included in the
delivery request when you create a complete delivery of the type
installation/upgrade.

System Response

The system returns the affected entries in the results overview of the
object list check.

How to fix this error?

Transport the package definitions to the consolidation or final assembly
system, and include the change request in the delivery.
Then run the check again.
