- Object not delivered (local object, package/development class &1): ?The SAP error message TR_AUSL526 indicates that an object is not delivered because it is classified as a local object. This typically occurs when you are trying to transport a development object that is not assigned to a transportable package or development class. Here’s a breakdown of the cause, potential solutions, and related information:
Cause:
- Local Object: The object you are trying to transport is a local object, which means it is created in the local development environment and not assigned to a transportable package. Local objects are usually prefixed with a
$
sign.- Package Assignment: The object may not be assigned to any package or may be assigned to a package that is not transportable.
- Development Class: The object is part of a development class that is not set up for transport.
Solutions:
Assign to a Transportable Package:
- Open the object in the relevant transaction (e.g., SE80 for objects, SE11 for database tables, etc.).
- Check the package assignment of the object. If it is assigned to a local object (e.g.,
$TMP
), you need to reassign it to a transportable package.- To do this, you can use the "Change Package" option and select an appropriate transportable package.
Create a Transport Request:
- If the object is not yet in a transport request, you may need to create a transport request and assign the object to it after changing its package.
Check Development Class:
- Ensure that the development class of the object is set up correctly for transport. If it is a custom development class, verify that it is transportable.
Recreate the Object:
- If the object is not critical and can be recreated, consider deleting the local object and recreating it in the correct package.
Consult with Basis Team:
- If you are unsure about the package or development class, consult with your SAP Basis team or the person responsible for transport management in your organization.
