What causes this issue?

You have successfully created the selection configuration with the
internal number &V1& as a preconfiguration for selecting change
requests relevant for delivery (for delivery component &V2& in delivery
&V3&).

Note:
When you now flag change requests for the change list of this delivery
component (&V2&), you will automatically select all change requests
that match the selection configuration - as long as you selected
<LS>With preconfiguration</> as the selection option to use when
flagging change requests.
You can specify a new time period for the selected change requests
whenever you flag change requests.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
