How to fix this error?

After you have created the supplement completion piece list for
delivery component &V1&, you can include additional delivery-relevant
change requests or objects in this list to complete the supplement
change piece list and the other supplement completion piece lists (if
any exist).
<ZH>Note:</> If you want to make changes to the assigned exclusion list
or supplement change piece list of the delivery component &V1&, you
must first include all the supplement completion piece lists in the
supplement change piece list. To do this, choose <LS>Utilities </> ->
<LS>Supplement Completion Piece List</> -> <LS>Copy All to Supplement
Change Piece List</>.
