- Cannot release &1 (type &2): &3 error(s) in object list check ?The SAP error message TR_AUSL169 indicates that there are issues preventing the release of a transport request. The message typically appears when there are errors in the object list associated with the transport request. Here’s a breakdown of the cause, potential solutions, and related information:
Cause:
- Object List Errors: The transport request contains objects that have errors or inconsistencies. This could be due to missing dependencies, incorrect object types, or issues with the objects themselves.
- Transport Layer Issues: The transport layer configuration might be incorrect, leading to issues when trying to release the transport request.
- Authorization Issues: The user attempting to release the transport request may not have the necessary authorizations to do so.
- Locked Objects: Some objects in the transport request may be locked by another user or process, preventing the release.
Solution:
Check Object List:
- Use transaction code SE09 or SE10 to view the transport request and check the object list for any errors. Look for any objects that are marked with errors or warnings.
- You can also use the "Check" function to identify specific issues with the objects.
Resolve Errors:
- For each object that has an error, investigate the issue. This may involve correcting coding errors, ensuring that all dependencies are included, or fixing any inconsistencies.
- If the object is not needed, consider removing it from the transport request.
Check Transport Layer:
- Ensure that the transport layer is correctly configured. You can check this in transaction code SE03 (Transport Organizer Tools) and verify the settings.
Authorization Check:
- Ensure that the user has the necessary authorizations to release transport requests. This may involve checking roles and profiles assigned to the user.
Unlock Objects:
- If objects are locked, you may need to unlock them. This can be done using transaction code SE03 (Transport Organizer Tools) to find and unlock locked objects.
