What causes this issue?

You can only assign one delivery component to each delivery of the type
&V3&.
The delivery component &V1& already exists for delivery &V2& (of type
&V3&), which means that you cannot assign any more delivery components.

System Response

The function terminates.

How to fix this error?

If you want to create a delivery of type &V3& for the delivery
component &V1&, then you do not need to assign an extra delivery
component.
However, if you want to create a delivery of type &V3& for a delivery
component other than &V1&, then you need to create a new delivery and
assign it to the other delivery component.
