You must fill the delivery request &V1& before you can repeat the
action.
Note: You can flag the change requests for the delivery request and then
include them (choose <LS>Delivery Request -> Flag Change Requests ->
Include Change Requests</>). You can also directly include objects in
the delivery request, if this is supported by the delivery type (choose
<LS>Delivery Request -> Include Objects</>).
Alternatively, you can delete the entire delivery request &V1&.

Solution:

Add Contents:
- Open the transport request in the Transport Organizer (transaction code SE09 or SE10).
- Check if there are any objects that need to be added to the transport request.
- If necessary, add the required objects to the transport request.
Delete the Transport Request:
- If the transport request is not needed, you can delete it.
- In the Transport Organizer, select the transport request and choose the option to delete it.
Check for Dependencies:
- Ensure that the objects you are trying to transport do not have dependencies that are not included in the transport request.
Review Transport Logs:
- Check the transport logs for any additional information that might indicate why the transport request is empty.
