What causes this issue?

You cannot <LS>flag change requests</> for delivery requests of type
<ZH>&V1&</>.

System Response

The function terminates.

How to fix this error?

You have two options:
Use a suitable delivery request (of type <ZH>&V3&</> for example), to
include change requests in the delivery.
Choose <LS>Include Objects</> for delivery request &V2& (type &V1&) to
exclude these objects from the delivery.
