What causes this issue?

The change request or piece list &V1& that you want to exclude is
already included in the delivery request &V2& (type &V3&).
You cannot exclude this request/piece list.

System Response

The function terminates.

How to fix this error?

You can only exclude the request or piece list &V1& from the delivery
request &V2& by recreating the delivery request. To do this, choose
<LS>Delivery Component -> Reset</>. You can then exclude the request or
piece list &V1& from the delivery request &V2&.
