What causes this issue?

The delivery name &V1& does not contains a namespace prefix. This means
that the delivery is not assigned to a valid namespace, and you cannot
use this name.

The function terminates.

How to fix this error?

Use a delivery name that starts with a valid prefix.
Valid prefixes consist of a character string (letters or numbers)
enclosed in slashes (<LB>/</>). The first character must not be a
number and the string cannot be longer than &V2& characters.
