What causes this issue?

Support Packages are numbered consecutively using a numeric counter
(the ninth and tenth characters of a request name). However, the name
you have chosen &V1& contains the non-numeric value &V2&.

System Response

The system prompts you to enter a new name.

How to fix this error?

Choose a request name that fits template &V3& and that contains a
numeric value as the ninth and tenth characters.
