What causes this issue?

The delivery component &V1& (for delivery &V2&) was reset since a
supplementary piece list for the delivery component &V1& needs to be
created.

How to fix this error?

After creating a supplementary piece list for the delivery component
&V1&, you can include additional delivery-relevant change requests or
objects in it that supplement the assigned change piece list and the
other supplementary piece lists for the delivery component.
Note: If you want to change the assigned exclusion list or change piece
list for the delivery component &V1&, you must first copy all the
completion piece lists to the change piece list. To do this, choose
<LS>Utilities -> Completion Piece List -> Copy all to change piece list
</>.
