What causes this issue?

Delivery requests that have not been released yet are assigned to
delivery component &V1& in delivery &V2&. Before you can release the
delivery unit, all delivery requests assigned to it must also be
released. If not, you cannot change the status of the delivery
component to 'Released.'

System Response

The function terminates.

How to fix this error?

Check the delivery requests that are assigned to delivery components
&V1&. Make sure that you release the unreleased delivery requests
before you repeat the action.
