    You cannot display transport logs for the selected request.
    Either no transport is allowed for the selected request type
    or you have selected a task (tasks cannot be transported by themselves)
    or the request was not assigned to a target system. Customizing
    requests without an assigned target system are released locally, and
    cannot be exported.

    Use this function for released, transportable requests only.
