What causes this issue?

In your SAP System you can only define new transport layers that begin
with the letters <LS>Y</> or <LS>Z</> because the system is configured
customer system.

System Response

The function terminates.

How to fix this error?

For new transport layers, only choose names that begin with the letters
<LS>Y</> or <LS>Z</>.
