What causes this issue?

You cannot distribute objects in a database system with a global
container. This means that you do not need to determine a container.
Examples of these database systems are AS/400, MSSQL, and SAP DB.
Similar is true of database systems with different containers for
objects in the new SAP Repository. The determination location of this
data is not set by the current system but by the upgrade and has to be
determined individually.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
