What causes this issue?

analyzed. In an earlier upgrade of another system, the same phase was
executed and you have made modifications to it. These adjustments are
in the specified transport request.
The objects contained in the transport request were compared with the
adjustment requirements in the phase being analyzed. Differences were
found here. Either the source system of the transport request and the
present system do not have the same state of
developments/modifications, or you did not compare all the
modifications in the comparison of the modifications of the source
system of the transport request, either on purpose or accidentally.

How to fix this error?
